Howard Culbertson and his wife were from Zanesville, Ohio. In 1967, the couple made an extensive tour of Canada and Alaska.
The collection consists of the tourist post card album and scrapbook of the Howard Culbertson Family, who visited Canada and Alaska in 1967. The 110 page album contains: 332 color photo post cards; 4 large color scenic tourist photographs; 10 art post cards; and travel brochures, maps, program, and other memorabilia. Subjects of the photo post cards include: people, cities, buildings, boats, ships, wildlife, and scenery.
The collection was acquired by the archives in 2006.
