The first proclamation was issued by Governor John G. Brady on
November 6, 1902; the second was issued by William L. Distin,
Acting Governor and Secretary of Alaska.

Campaign Circular of John H. Cobb; 1916. 1 item.
This printed circular was issued by John Cobb in his attempt
to become the first Attorney General of the Territory of Alaska.
He had been appointed by the Governor to be Chief Counsel to
do the work of the Attorney General until the position was filled
by election.

Harris' card is in his handwriting and gives his address as Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.

The dated ticket is for a state room for R. T. Harris on the
steamer Min-Ne-Ha-Ha and is dated July 27, 1858. The other
ticket is for a Chemawa Indian Band Concert at the Auditorium
Building on Nye Creek; H.N. Stoudenmeyer's name is on the reverse
side.

Scrapbook of W.J.Harris; 1900-1946. 1 volume.
This volume includes clippings on a number of topics. Among the
items and topics are: R. T. Harris' letter to the Editor of the
Special Mining Edition Daily Dispatch dated February 1,
1900; several clippings of R. T. Harris' death and funeral; articles
on W.J.Harris' activities as a guide and sign painter; the history
of Juneau; the death of Sen. John Dalzell of Pennsylvania; and
the death of various members of the Harris family. The scrapbook
contains 18 pages of clippings and some loose clippings.

A letter by R. T. Harris to the Editor of the Special Mining
Edition is on the first page.

The edition contains pictures and stories of various individuals,
businesses and churches in Juneau.

List for 1904; he owed $14.70.
