Site location:
Vendor displays will be in the curved hallway of the third floor Consortium Library. A limited amount of 3’X6’ tables are available. The area has wireless internet access or Ethernet access may be arranged in advance. Small meeting rooms (4-6 people) on other floors are available for smaller meetings or demonstrations.
Schedule:
The NWA portion of the conference is Friday-Saturday, May 30-31. Preconference workshops will be held Weds-Thursday, May 28-29. Vendors are welcome to have their booths set up for any or all of these days but will need to reserve the days in advance.
Costs:
Booth space is free to NWA vendors. Vendors are encouraged to consider sponsoring a break or co-sponsoring one of the receptions: the suggested donation is $500.
Benefits of sponsoring an event are:
Acknowledgement of the sponsorship at the event. A one-page advertisement in the conference program to be distributed to all attendees. Comped registrations costs for a single individual to attend any/all NWA conference events (excluding pre-conference workshops).
