The Interior Department Loyalty Board, after having given you a hearing pursuant to your request and after having considered the complete file, testimony, and argument in your case, determined by a unanimous vote at a meeting held on October 30, 1940, that, on all the evidence, no reasonable ground exists for believing that you are disloyal in the Government of the United States. The disposition of your case by the Loyalty Review Board of the Civil Service Commission, upon post-audit, to be in accordance with the regulations governing the administration of the loyalty program.
Your case has been closed on the basin of the favorable determination by the Interior Department Loyalty Board.
