What if I can't get into the databases?
If you are experiencing problems logging into a database, verify that you are using the correct login information.

Your UAA username is your UAA email name (e.g., asddd67). Find your UAA Username
Your password is initially set as lower case uaa followed by your first name initial, last name initial, then the last four digits of your UAID# (also called student or employee id number). These usernames and passwords are the same ones you use for UAA Online / Blackboard.
