I'm sure most of you have seen the joke which was sent to the NUGA list by
"Crazyfromthesnow@aol.com", and I apologize.
Up until now, the configuration for the list was such that people could
post questions without having to go through the trouble of subscribing
themselves. Unfortunately this does open the door for the Clueless to send
whatever they like to the list.
A couple of years ago it was probably safe for email lists to be
configured in this way. However, in hindsight, considering today's
Internet, I should have required that a person subscribe before he/she can
post.
Oh well... Anyhow, the list is now set to reject posts unless the sender
is subscribed to the list.
