Here is a clarification on the previous message sent to you this morning
on the CNE Upgrade Certification. -Sandy
For CNEs who do not meet the CCR by the deadline established, they will
have a status change in the certification database and will lose all
benefits from Novell that they receive as a CNE. Benefits such as
discounts on technical support, CNE Net access, discounts on products,
access to private forums, etc. On September 1, 2000, after the CCR
deadline, Novell will announce the formal recertification process as
well as improved benefits for those who have upgraded on the web site at
http://www.novell.com/education/cne/upgrade.
To clarify the previous message sent, for a period of 90 days after the
CCR deadline, we will allow individuals to recertify by passing the
upgrade exam. Individuals will be required, however, to fax in their
score report to Novell Education to have their status and benefits
reactivated.
