Our organization is growing in our dependence on computers and electronic
material. While we have a good staff of people we are considering the need
for getting some sort of agreement that each employee would sign when they
come to work for us that would specify that when they leave our employ that
the data that is housed on our computer system and website is to be left in
tact. Is there anyone out there that has such an agreement or know where
to begin looking for something like that and what would it be called?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
