Topic: High Availability, Backups and Disaster Recovery

 

High Availability, Backups and Disaster Recovery presentation summarizes
the challenges, the various options and the considerations to take into
account to cope with Disaster Recovery and ensure business continuity.

 

The differences between Disaster Recovery and Backup and Recovery, the
options for backing up as well the advantages and disadvantages of the
various methods are outlined. It explains why there is not a unique
method to meet all requirements.

 

This is the same presentation Mr. Harnish gave at VMWorld Europe 2008
last week in Cannes, France.

 

Presenter: Ed Harnish, Vice President of Marketing - Acronis, Inc.

 

For those of you who weren't able to make it to VMWorld Europe 2008 last
week in Cannes, France, this is your big chance to get some of the same
information! Also, Acronis is giving us some software licenses for our
