[NUGA] Symantec Backup Exec 12

I was just wondering if anyone is using or has tested Backup Exec 12 yet? Has anyone heard any good or bad reviews? Our shop has about 15 Windows Servers, we run SQL and web apps. We use Red Gate to backup our SQL database because it does a good job at compressing our large database. We would like another backup solution to backup the OS and a secondary backup of SQL. Any suggestions?
