We researched this, and it isn’t too difficult to setup, however, we cannot find any way to contact Jim McDonald. He is not in Commsoft as a customer and the usergroup that your in does not supply his email address, just the groups address. If you know a way to get a hold of Jim, possibly through your group, then we can help him.
