[NUGA] Free 1/2 Rack/Cabinet to a good home

I have a 1/2 rack/cabinet with no doors and 4 wheels that is available to
the first person (with a non-profit ID - maybe you could use NUGA's?) who
raises a hand. It's not the prettiest thing in the world, but it's solid.
If I happen upon the doors at any time, I'll happily pass them along as
well, but nobody has seen them in years.

Pickup and removal can be negotiated depending on where it's going and if
there are stairs involved =D
