[NUGA] ACS MTU setting Change

I was talking with another tech today and he told me that some of his
clients have had a real problem with their internet. It seems ACS changed
their default MTU setting and didn't publish it for the rest of us. I
understand we went from 1492 to 1460. Apparantly this is enough to just do
strange things to Internet connectivity but not shut it down completely.
