[NUGA] DBA opening upgraded to full-time 3 mo contract.

Dear NUGA members,

There's an update. The job just upgraded from part time to full time. This
40 hr/wk contract job minimum 3 months with possibility to go permanent with
25% of the day spent on project related work.
