[NUGA] No Meeting This Wednesday January 7th

As a reminder, we will not have a noon meeting this Wednesday January 7th.
In January we have our annual dining out meeting and we have tentatively set
that for Friday January 16th at the Sourdough Mining Company. That event is
open to club members and their guests. Our past president Wes made that
reservation before he moved south and we have not been able to confirm the
location and date. (The Sourdough is shut down several days for major
maintenance.) Just as soon as we can confirm date and time we will get that
information out to you. ( past events have started with gathering about
6:30pm, dinner at 7 and elections and business after dinner).door prize
donations for the gathering are always welcome.

January 16th is also the meeting when we elect the club officers for the
coming year. To be eligible to be an officer you need to be a member with
current dues paid, and be available to attend regular and board meetings at
lunch time. In addition to the usual president, vice president, secretary,
treasurer and projects coordinator we have several members at large. While
they don't have an official responsibility they often lead a project, event
or other club activity.
