[NUGA] motion detector help

Has anyone put in a wireless driveway motion detector?

Unit probably needs to sense 40' across and the house is probably 200' from
where the sensor needs to go.

Also has anyone used any motion sensors in the house?

Suggestions welcome, looking for affordable ideas.
