[NUGA] Remote off for HP Printers?

Mt Redoubt ash probably doesn't lubricate the HP printers so well.

Does anyone have a technique to remotely power off a networked HP
printer and leave it off?

Sleep mode, wake mode and power recycling options are out there but they
don't truly power off the printer and its cooling fan.

Any help would be appreciated.
