[NUGA] NUGA Interface Invitation

As we mentioned at our last meeing; NUGA will receive a donation to our
scholarship fund from Interface for each NUGA member that attends. If you
have already signed up for interface please go to the registration and let
them know you are a NUGA member. If you have not signed up yet, please
consider doing so.
