[NUGA] Citrix User Profile Management

What kind of methods are you all (well, those of you who are using Citrix
servers anyhow) using for managing user profiles?

We have a significant number of users who's profiles are over 100 meg,
mostly due to temp files hanging around. We've tossed around the idea of
creating some kind of post-logout script that deletes these, but haven't
actually tried it yet. We don't want to turn on a quota because that'll
simply lock the user out when their profile gets too big.

I'd love to hear what others are doing in this area.
