Locating a reserve item:
- Search the Library Catalog Course Reserves
- Items can also be requested directly at the Circulation desk by the instructor's last name or by the course number (ex: MATH 201)
Borrowing a reserve item:
- A current library account is required
- Maximum of four items may be checked out at any given time
- Fines on two hour reserves accrue at $1.00 per hour. Fines on all other items accrue at .50 cents per hour up to a total of $20.00 per item
Adding items to reserve (faculty only):
- Faculty wishing to place items on Course Reserve for students may use the form linked from the Course Reserves faculty information page.
eReserves
We are beta testing a new service for online access to selected materials. This service is currently available for the following courses:

- NS 430 - Sullivan
- PHY 123 & PHY 124 - Parrish

Description
Course Reserves is where instructors place reading materials for the use of a specific class.
Instructors set the checkout time for reserve materials. The usual checkout period ranges from two hours for in-library use only to seven days.
