Print, Scan, Copy, Fax


To print on the Consortium Library's printers, you must have a Wolfcard or a copy card. You will use this to release your print job after you have submitted it to the printer. Color printing is only available on the first floor.

Additionally, UAA students, staff, and faculty can print from their laptops, using UAA's MobilePrint service.

There are scanners available in the Copy Room on the first floor of the library and on the second floor near the atrium. These machines are free for anyone to use, and you can save scans to your USB drive or have them sent to your email address.


Photocopying is available in the Copy Room on the first floor of the Consortium Library ($0.15/page). The copy machines accept Wolfcards, copy cards, coins, and bills.

Please note: If you use your Wolfcard to make photocopies, you must use Wolfbucks. The uniprint funds on your Wolfcard cannot be used for photocopying.

There are microfiche/microfilm readers in the copy room. Scanning to PDF is free. A Wolfcard or copy card is required for printing ($0.15/page), coins and bills are not accepted.

Add Money to Wolfcard

VTS machineYou can use the Value Transfer Station (VTS) in the library Copy Room machines to add money to your Wolfcard. It only accepts cash. The VTS in the library also dispenses copy cards to individuals who do not have Wolfcards.

Check the Wolfcard website for alternative ways to add money to your card, including other VTS on campus, calling their office during business hours, and an online form that accepts credit cards.
