In 1954 and 1955, KFQD, an Anchorage radio station, had a half-hour daily children's show of songs and stories featuring a host that went by the name of Jellybean. A file of letters written by listeners to the show were kept and donated to the Alaska Historical Society in 2007. Those letters are housed and available at Archives and Special Collections, UAA/APU Consortium Library. In this exhibit are digitized copies of the letters and drawings in that collection.
