12:00-12:20 Another look at government information: What are some useful, but less-used, sources and strategies for finding government information? Come learn and discuss with UAA’s government information librarian. 306 (Classroom)
12:30-12:50 Academic Search Premier: Come learn good search methods that will yield better results in Academic Search Premier which is available to all Alaskans on  These methods can easily transfer to searching in other databases as well. 306 (Classroom)
1:00-1:20 Literature Resource Center: provides access to biographies, bibliographies, and critical analyses of more than 120,000 authors from every age and literary discipline. Search options include keyword searching, as well as cool features such as the topic finder and term frequency graph search. 306 (Classroom)
1:30-1:50 ARLIS: An overview of the Alaska Resources Library collections. ARLIS is a specialized technical and science library. We will highlight interesting aspects of the collection, such arctic resources, oil spills, petroleum and natural gas pipeline planning and construction, wildlife conservation, Susitna hydroelectric power planning, and fisheries. 305 (Archives)
