A great resource at the UAA\/APU Consortium Library is the Government information LibGuide available through the library website found here: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/libguides.consortiumlibrary.org\/government_information\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/libguides.consortiumlibrary.org\/government_inform<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The LibGuide offers great resources to get started exploring government information, two examples of such resources are: <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/govinfo.gov\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">GovInfo.gov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/usa.gov\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">USA.gov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What is GovInfo.gov?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">GovInfo is a service that is provided by the Government Publishing Office (GPO)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that allows for free public access to official government publications from all three branches of the Federal Government.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">GovInfo gives you options to browse alphabetically, by specific collections, within a specific timeframe, by issuing committee or by a specific government author.
