1. UAA/APU students, staff or faculty can reserve Group Study Rooms.
  2. Study rooms are only for group study (2 or more people), and may not be used by a single individual.
  3. Rooms are reserved for up to 2 hours per group per day.  No members of a group may reserve the room again that day.  If you would like to remain in the room after your 2 hour reservation is up, let the Circulation Desk staff know.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  However, you must be prepared to vacate the room immediately at any point after your initial two hours.
  4. Food and beverages without a lid are not allowed in the study rooms or anywhere else in the library.
  5. Room reservations may be made up to one week in advance.  If you are unable to make it at your scheduled time, kindly let us know.  Reservations are forfeited if you are over 10 minutes late.
  6. Library staff, faculty and functions have priority for usage of these rooms. UAA and APU students will be given priority of room use over non-students.
  7. All rooms must be vacated at least 15 minutes before the Library closes.
  8. Please pull the door shut as you leave.
  9. Rooms will be assigned by circulation staff. We cannot take specific room requests.

Violation of any of these rules may result in revocation of study room privileges.
