Silent auction to benefit the NWA Scholarship fund
Friday, in the Archives and Special Collections reading room (handily located right down the hall from the meeting rooms!) we'll have on display a number of wonderful items for a Silent Auction, proceeds to benefit the Northwest Archivists scholarship fund. Bidding will be open until 4 pm that day. We encourage you to come look, bid, support our scholarship funds, and take home something special.
Thus far auction items include an iPod shuffle, Alaska-made earrings, a gift certificate for chocolate truffles, some selected books from the current SAA publishing catalog, and more is incoming. You might want to look at our sponsor list to see hints of what we're expecting.
