Important Information - Course Reserves
Reserves Processing
Reserves are processed in the order in which they are received. Items must be fully processed
before they will be made available to your students. This may take up to 2 weeks at the
beginning of the semester. You may check the availability of your item on the
Reserves
Search page.
Library-owned items
If you are submitting a list of library owned items
to be pulled and added to Reserve, please use the “Additional Information” text box to
enter the title and full call number for each item. Library staff will pull your items
and put them on Reserve.
If the library does not own a copy of the item and you would like the library to consider
purchasing it, please contact the Course Reserves Manager at 786-1872 for assistance.
Personal copies
If you are submitting your own copies of items to be placed on Reserve,
please bring them to the Consortium Library Circulation Desk after submitting this online form.
No more than 3 copies of each item may be added. Items will be labeled and receive a barcode.
