The library has a limited number of group study rooms for student use. These rooms are available for 2 hour periods to groups of 2 or more people. A room may be reserved up to 7 days in advance.
To reserve a room, go to the Circulation Desk. A current student identification card must be presented in order to use one of the study rooms.
The rooms are used quite heavily throughout the fall and spring semesters. Further information is available by calling 786.1364.
The Library has 18 individual study carrels reserved for students who are writing their graduate thesis or dissertation. A student is assigned a carrel until May 15th of each year. Library materials left in study carrels must be checked out. It is not advisable to leave valuables unattended in the study carrel. Please note that the waiting list for individual carrels can be lengthy. A $25.00 key deposit is required.
