Reserves Processing

Reserves items are processed in the order received. Instructors are encouraged to submit items as early in advance of the semester as possible. Please allow up to 3 days for items to be made available. You may check the availability of your item in the Library Catalog Course Reserves.

Library-owned items

If the item is owned by the library, please use the "Additional Information" text box to enter the title and call number for each item. Library staff will pull your items and put them on Course Reserves.

If the library does not own a copy and you would like the library to consider purchasing it, please contact your Subject Liaison Librarian.

Personal copies

If you are submitting your own copies of items to be placed on Reserve, please bring them to the Consortium Library Circulation Desk or send them through Intercampus Mail after submitting this online form.

No more than 3 copies of each item may be added. All items are labeled with a barcode and identifying stickers. Instructors' personal copies of books and/or other materials are placed on reserve at the owner's risk. Personal copies will be returned at the end of the semester.

Please see the main Course Reserves page for a full listing of Reserve policies.

If you have any questions, please contact Lorelei Sterling at 786-1872.
