Gallery & Meeting Space

Library meeting rooms and galleries are for use only by UAA/APU affiliated persons or groups. We also offer group and individual study rooms for student use.

LIB 307

Available 30 minutes after library opens or one hour before the library closes.

UAA/APU students, staff, or faculty can reserve LIB 307 for university meetings. The room has 18 tables and chairs for 100 people. There is a large projection screen and a LCD projector installed in the room. The room has data and phone connections and there is a meeting convener available. A podium is available in the room. There is no charge for this space.

You can arrange the tables and chairs as needed. Please reset them when finished.
If other equipment is needed, contact A/V services at 907-786-4646.
If food services are needed, phone catering at 907-751-7492. Alcohol is not permitted in the room unless an official request for serving beer or wine has been approved by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.
If you need assistance unlocking the room, please check with Library Dean's office (907-786-6034) or with the Circulation Desk at the main library entrance.

The room has data and phone connections and there is a meeting convener available. There is no charge for this space.

UAA faculty can reserve room 304 for university meetings. The room has a table and chairs for about 10 people. There is no charge for this space.

If food services are needed, phone catering at 907-751-7492. Drinking alcohol is not permitted in the room unless an official request for serving beer or wine has been approved by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.

ARC Gallery

UAA/APU students, staff or faculty can reserve the art gallery in the main lobby on first floor of the library. Space is reserved generally on a monthly basis although additional time can be scheduled. Since the space has a hanging gallery system attaching art work directly to the walls is not permitted. The library can not assume any responsibility for safeguarding the display or the exhibit. There is no charge for this space.

3rd Floor Gallery

UAA/APU students, staff or faculty can reserve space on the third floor of the library for art exhibits. Space is reserved generally on a monthly basis although additional time can be scheduled.
