Are you ready to get an extra hour of daylight? It’s that time of year again, daylight savings time. Don’t forget to move your clocks forward one hour. Adjusting to this new time change can take a while. Getting at least 7 hours of sleep is recommended. Going to bed 15 to 20 minutes sooner can help in regulating your sleep schedule.
